Nick Woltering's experience spans a wide range of complex civil litigation practice areas, including securities class actions, shareholder derivative actions, consumer products class actions, and privacy class actions. His practice includes both state and federal court litigation.

Mr. Woltering graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was awarded the Order of the Coif. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to U.S. District Judge M. James Lorenz. Mr. Woltering also served as a legal extern at the University of San Diego Entrepreneurship Clinic. He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Mr. Woltering is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
