Brittany M. Vojak is experienced in state and federal court litigation, and has litigated cases involving professional liability and legal malpractice. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Knaier, Ms. Vojak practiced with the San Diego law firm of Klinedinst, P.C.

Ms. Vojak graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law, where she completed her law degree in two years. There, she served as the Executive Editor of the California Western International Law Journal. She was also a recipient of an Academic Merit Scholarship, the Diane Ethics Scholarship, and the Peggy Browning Scholarship, and was recognized as a Student of Distinction. Ms. Vojak received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Ms. Vojak is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
